As my days go through this routine I finally got going I realized how important social media has become in our world. How the world of PR has drastically changed from "hear ye hear ye" to #followme. Realizing that where we are today will be completely different in 5,10,20 years. Public Relations will always be the same but it's about how it translates that will change in the future. I guess I notice it the most walking through campus when everyone's heads are glued down at their phone 📱 checking th latest updates. Although technology has become such a great source of communicTion, I miss when we could walk by someone and smile or  develop a quick conversation about the day, about the latest game, or recognize achothers baseball caps and talk about the rivalry. Although social media will soon consume my life because let's be real what broadcaster hasn't developed their social platform with the ease of social media, I will make it a point to branch out from the norm and force myself in more conversations. I believe that the more actual people I can conversate with, the more knowledge of the world around me I will be able to hone into.
