Over the summer I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease... I'm sorry what the heck is Celiac Disease, is that even a real thing. Well tell that to my body because it most certainly is. My mom realized that for how much I work out my body isn't what it should be. Not only did I look swollen, I felt it after every time I ate a meal. Noticing this change in my body, I got blood work done and had to undergo an endoscopy for them to check out this little bumps that developed on my esophagus confirming that I did have this wheat wrenching disease. As I didn't know much about it, I thought to myself, "how bad could it be". After London, I realized I've never looked so bad in my life. After living off of croissants and draft beer, it really hit me hard. This is something I would have to make a change in my life for the better no matter how delicious a ball park hot dog sounded. Then it hit me like a line drive straight to the gut (literally), how was going to work in an industry where concession food is my absolute favorite and that id be surrounded by it every day. Through my adventures within the sporting world I vow to my self to make these little changes in my life, to tell you about the tricks and tips ill learn to change, and how these changes will set me above more motives. Stay Tuned! and just wait for the interesting facts I find!
